The properties here are generally referred to as the 'wet-dock' homes as they overlook the wet-dock off the main harbour, which is a privately owned stretch of water. Numbers 32 - 33 are a pair of 4-bed semi-detached houses, with an alley-way between the next terraced group of houses, numbers 34 - 46. The remaining three in this group are flats 47 - 49 right at the harbour end of the wet dock and also having views directly towards the harbour, by virtue of their 270 degree patio or balconies.
