Flats 47-49 are included again on this page as they also have views across the harbour. Adjacent to those are four 3-storey townhouses and one 2-storey townhouse ending with the 2-storey flats.

In the middle of the group is an alley-way giving access from the waterfront through to the Hotwell Road and the local shops. At the right-hand end of the group are two more flats 55-56, with a similar layout to the 3-storey block at the left-hand end of this group.
