Numbers 72 and 73 at the
left-hand end of this group appear again on this page as they overlook both the
garden and the waterfront. Adjoining those two flats are 74-80, which is a
terrace of seven 3-storey, 3-bedroom townhouses built in the same style as those
on the wet-dock, but having a slightly lower roof-line to preserve the views to
Cifton and Cliftonwood behind, as illustrated in the first image below. The
dormer windows on the 3rd floor are therefore slightly more prominent to give
the same interior room space.
