81-93 at the eastern end
of the development is a mix of eight 2-bedroom flats on the ground and first
floors and two penthouse apartments on the third floor, which are equal in width
to two of the flats below. The four ground-floor flats have glazed french doors
opening onto a small patio which leads directly onto the walkway, via a small
